1 cup butter or margarine (softened)
2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tsp. baking powder
1/2 Tsp. baking soda
2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
2 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.

Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.

Bake in 350ºF oven for 8 - 10 minutes.

(To ensure a moist chewy cookie do not overcook. Remove from oven and let cool and firm for a couple of minutes on baking sheet before removing to cooling rack)
