1 loaf white bread, sandwich sliced
1/2 lb. Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 c. real mayonnaise
6 slices, bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 onion, chopped fine
dash salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400º
Combine cheese, mayonnaise, bacon, onion, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Remove crust from bread slices and spread each slice with cheese mixture.
Cut into triangles place on a cookie sheet and freeze until ready to use or bake as directed below.
Once frozen they can be transferred to an airtight container.
To serve, Bake in a 400º oven for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

These are a Christmas favorite. Very rich but everyone loves them. They are wonderful to have on had for a quick and tasty appetizer.
