1 c corn meal
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat and broth then heat to boiling. Add seasoning. Sift in corn meal slowly, stirring constantly. It will pop some when boiling so be careful. Cook 3o minutes. Pour into mold, such as loaf pan. Cut into thin slices (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.) roll in flour. Fry in small amount of oil or bacon grease until browned. This can be made with beef only if you prefer. The best and sweetest meat is for this is from the head meat when head is boiled until all the meat drops from bone. THis is always done at butchering time.
