Ingredients:  
2 heads of romaine lettuce washed and torn into bite size pieces.
3/4 to 1 cup of toasted pecan halves (2 minutes in microwave)
2 oranges peeled and sliced or chunked

Dressing:
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 Tsp. salt
1/2 small red onion
1 Tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients together. Do not mix salad, dressing, oranges and pecans together until you are ready to serve.
