2 1/2 cups cooked Acini de Pepe Pasta (approx. 450 gram pkg)
2 - 11 oz tins orange sections
1 - 12 oz tin crushed pineapple
1 - 12 oz tin chunk pineapple
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 large container of Cool Whip
1 bag of miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Acini pasta in salt water. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Drain fruit and save juice. Using 1 1/2 cups of fruit juice, add beaten eggs, sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thick, stirring and scrapping bottom of pot frequently. Pour over Acini pasta and fruit and mix well. Let stand for 12-24 hours before serving. Just before serving add Cool Whip and marshmallows (optional)

Acini pasta can be found in specialty store. It is small and round about the diameter of thick spaghetti. If you are unable to find substitute.
