6 lb Roast Beef (Outside Round)
Sauce:
8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 cup HP sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a roaster combine sauce ingredients and pour over roast. Cook @ 325ºF for about 3 hours or until tender. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning skim off fat. Slice roast thin and return to Sauce. Heat & Serve.

Tips: Roast is easier to cut if slight warm. Extra sauce may be needed. Always have some moisture while cooking or re-heating.
