2 cans cream style corn
2 eggs
2 c crackers, crushed
1/4 c butter, melted
1/4 c evaporated milk
1/4 c carrots, shredded
1/4 c celery, chopped
1/4 c onion, chopped
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle with more cheese. Bake at 350º about 35 minutes until knife comes out clean.
