1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. dried dill, chopped
2 T. olive oil or canola oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 small onion, chopped
1 chili pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups hot cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 15 minutes turning once until brown on all sides.
Stir in onion, pepper, tomato, paprika, salt and garlic. Cover and cook over low heat about 20-25 minutes. Stir in dill sour cream. Cook about 1 minute or until hot. Serve over noodles.

When I fixed this dish, I always doubled the dill sauce to make sure there was enough for the noodles.
You can use a banana pepper if you don't have chili peppers.
