3 pkgs. softened cream cheese
1 C crunmbled feta cheese
1 jar oil packed sun dried tomatoes, chopped and drained
1 container hummus
1/2 C chopped seeded cucumber
toasted baguette slices

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream cheese and feta cheese in bowl. Blend. Divide into thirds. ( about 1 C each)

Line a 5 cup mold or loaf pan with plastic.
Spoon one third of the cheese mixture in bottom of mold. Smooth with spatula.
Spoon tomatoes evenly over this. Spoon hummus over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with cucumber.
Spoon remaining two thirds of the cheese mixture onto cucumbers. Smooth.
Cover and refridgerate for 24 hours.
When ready to serve, turn mold upside down onto serving platter.
remove wrap. Serve with pita chips or baguette slices.
