4 chicken hindquarters
1 cup water
2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, garlic, and bouillon in bottom of crock pot. Place chicken hindquarters in the crock pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cook on low setting for 8-10 hrs. Chicken will be juicy and falling off bone when done.

De-bone chicken and serve with mashed potatoes, gravy, and corn.
