3 c flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c milk
1-1/4 c warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt together in a large bowl. Add milk and mix well. Add warm water a little at a time. Knead dough until soft but not sticky. Cover bowl and let stand about 15 minutes. make 10 balls and roll out 1/4 in. thick. Fry in oil in fry pan until bubbles appear on the dough, turn over and fry until golden.
