Ingredients:  
1 c long grain rice
1 stick margarine
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 can Beef Consommé
1 soup can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice with margarine until light brown. Add onion and continue cooking until brown. Pour rice and onion into casserole dish, Add Consommé and water. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 1 hour.
