1 loaf of frozen bread dough
1/2 cup diced provolone cheese
1/2 cup diced mozeralla cheese
1 beaten egg
3/4 c diced pepperoni
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw bread and roll iinto rectangle. Mix together cheeses, pepperoni, egg and parsley and spread on bread dough. Roll up and seal all edges real good like a loaf of bread. Bake in loaf pan which has been greased with butter. Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Delicious hot or cold and freezes well and can be reheated in microwave so make multiple loaves.
