2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 c. hot water
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp vanilla
nutmeg
9" pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs slightly.

Mix sweetened condensed milk and hot water and pour slowly over the eggs. Add salt and vanilla.

Pour into an unbaked pie shell and spinkle with nutmeg.

Bake at 400º for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350º and bake for 35 minutes longer until custard is set and crust is done.

(A knife will come out clean when the pie is done.)
