large log Goat cheese (Presidente Log)
1 cloves Garlic, slivered
6 Sun-dried tomatoes ; packed in oil, chopped
1/2 cup Assorted chopped olives
Red pepper flakes to taste
Olive oil
Assorted fresh herbs,chopped
Parsley, rosemary, basil, oregano







Directions:
Directions:
Lay out the goat cheese in the dish and stick slivers of garlic into the cheese. Add the sun-dried tomatoes over the goat cheese. sprinkle both the red pepper flakes and olive pieces over the sun-dried tomatoes. Drizzle olive oil over everything. Top off with the assorted fresh herbs.
Serve with crackers or crustini
