3 eggs (beaten)
2 c sugar
2 c zucchini, grated
1 c oil
3 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cloves
3 c flour
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp powdered Tang
1 tsp soda
1 c chopped nuts
1/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light and foamy; add oil, sugar and vanilla. Add zucchini and mix lightly but blend well. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Bake in greased bread pans for 1 hour at 350º.
