1/4 C. butter or margarine
1/2 C. chopped onion
4 C. chopped or sliced cabbage
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (8 ozs.) egg noodles
1/2 C. sour cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onion; sauté until soft. Add cabbage; sauté 5 minutes, or until tender crisp. Stir in caraway seed, salt, and pepper. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well. Stir noodles into cabbage. Add sour cream, if desired. Cook 5 minutes longer, stirring frequently. Serves 6-8.
