3 egg whites [or 4 if you want to make a big one - and yes you will]
1 c. of berry or castor sugar for 3 egg whites, need more sugar for 4 egg whites. [Do not replace with white sugar].
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
[the last 3 measurements are for a 3 egger, need to increase slightly for a 4 egger]

Fresh colorful fruit - sliced [strawberries, kiwi, pineapple etc.]
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with salt, with an electric beater, until thick and fluffy. Add sugar by teaspoonful, continuing to beat until the mixture is thick, shiny, glossy and smooth. Mix in vanilla and vinegar. Beat some more.

Spread mixture onto a greased and floured cookie sheet [4 egger] - pizza pan for a 3 egger.

Bake at 250ºF for 1 hour and then turn oven off.
Leave in warm oven for another hour. Don't open the oven door while cooking or cooling.

Cool away from drafts.
Decorate with whipped cream and colorful fruit
