8 eggs
1 pint Half & Half
2 deep dish pie crusts
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs of shrimp
1 1/2 lbs of crab
1 1/2 cups of cheeses- Monterey Jack, cheddar and mozzarella
salt and white pepper, to taste

Heat oven to 350ºF. While it is heating, saute onion. Brown pie crusts in oven for 5 minutes, then remove them from the oven.

Mix eggs, seafood, Half & Half, sauteed onion and spices in a bowl. Heat milk. As soon as it it starts to boil, add to egg mixture, along with 1/2 cup of cheeses. Mix well.

Divide mixtures evenly into pie crusts, then bake in oven for approximately 30 minutes. Sprinkle the tops with remaining cheeses then place back into oven until melted. Bon appetit!
