2 c. finely chopped blanched almonds
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 egg white
2 tbsp. Courvosier (I use French brandy)
1-1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine almonds, sugar, egg white, Courvosier or Brandy. Press into buttered 8 in. square pan. Melt chips; add milk and butter and blend well. Pour chocolate mixture over almond layer. Let stand until cool. Cut into small squares.
