12 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. warm waer
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1-1/4 c. sugar
1-3/4 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. lemon extract
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Add water and salt and beat again until thick. Add sugar gradually, and beat until dissolved. Fold in flour and baking powder a little at a time. Add flavoring and bake in an ungreased tube pan at 325º for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Invert to cool.
