Directions:
Cook broccoli according to directions, drain well, place in an oven proof casserole pan.
In microwave melt cheese and 1/2 stick margarine together, pour over broccoli, gently mix together.
Crush Ritz crackers (I place 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers in a gallon plastic bag and roll out with a rolling pin until finely crushed) pour crackers into a bowl. Melt 1/2 stick of margarine (may use a little more if needeed). Add melted margarine to crushed crackers and mix together well. Spred this mixture over top of brocolli and cheese mixture.
Bake COVERED at 350 º for 30 minutes (until sides bubble).
