1 large box jello (lime or strawberry)
1 small can crushed pineapple (do NOT drain)
1-8 oz pkg cream cheese SOFTENED
1 cup chopped pecans
1 medium container cool whip
2 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Disolve jello in 2 cups boiling water. In a seperate bowl mix, pineapple, softened cream cheese and nuts using electric mixer, add to jello mixture, fold in cool whip and refrigerate.

This jello salad is very nice to serve during the Christmas holidays, the green or red are nice colors for this time of year.
