2 cups flour, self rising
1 T plain yogurt
3/4 cup skim milk

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. Mix flour, yogurt, and milk in medium bowl.
3. Spray baking pan with pam
4. spoon mixture onto baking pan
5. Bake 13 minutes then switch oven to broil until tops are golden brown, remove from oven and spray tops with butter spray.
