Dry Ingredients:
4 cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. each: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves


Liquid ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil (can use 1 1/2 cups of applesauce)
1 15 ounce can pumpkin pie mix (canned pumpkin)
2/3 cups water
4 eggs

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Mix all dry ingredients together. Make a well in flour mixture and add 1 cup of vegetable oil (can use applesauce instead). Beat well. Add canned pumpkin and beat again. Add water to mixture. Blend until well mixed. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat after each egg. Pour into lined muffin tins. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
