6 large tomatoes, finely diced
1 small yellow onions, finely diced
1 small jalapeņo, minced
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 cup (bunch) cilantro, chopped, optional
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. black pepper
1 T. sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Keep well covered and refrigerate when not in use. Tabasco can be used to add some more heat and will add a little twist to the flavor. It is great with tostitos.
