1 angle food cake mix
1 pkg chocolate chips (semisweet 12 oz.)
1 pkg plain gelatin (knox)
1/4 hot water
1 pt whipping cream
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 c cold water and add to chocolate chips. Add 1/4 c hot water and mix well; stir till mix is smooth. Remove from heat and let cool. Separate egg whites and beat stiff. Lightly beat egg yolks and add to cooled chocolate chips mixture. Whip cream and add to mixture. Mix well. Now fold in beaten egg whites. In a 9 in. X 13 in. cake pan arrange 1 layer cake and top with mixture, add another layer cake and add all of mixture. Refrigerate over night. Serve with 1 tsp of whipped cream on each slice and sprinkle with chocolate curls. Store in refrigerator
