1 pkg. strawberry jello
1/2 c boiling water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
3 egg whites
2/3 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 pt cream
1 pkg Oreo cookies
Directions:
Directions:
Crush enough Oreo cookies to cover bottom of cake pan. Mix 1 pkg strawberry jello, 1/2 c boiling water, add frozen strawberries. Whip 3 egg whites to stiff peaks, add sugar and vanilla, fold in with strawberries. Whip 1 pt of cream and add to the above mixture. Pour over cookie crust. Crush 2 more cookies to sprinkle on top and freeze until serving time.
