2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
4 T. soy sauce
chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onions & celery. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Put in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 375º. Serve over chow mein noodles. You can add green peppers if you like.
