Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large or 2 small strawberry Jello packages (sugarfree works fine)
1 cup boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 package frozen strawberries, thawed
1 carton sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stir in strawberries and pineapple.

Divide into 2 portions, refrigerate until set. (I use my serving bowl for main portion of salad and a mixing bowl for the lesser portion while in fridge)

Once set, spread sour cream on top of main salad portion and the remaining strawberry gelatin mixture on top of that.

Personal Notes:
This makes a delicious, very pretty three layer salad, perfect for a company dish for Christmas but special for everyday too.
