2 Cups Sugar
1 ¼ Cup Oil
2 Beaten Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
3 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Soda
½ Tsp Salt
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
¼ Tsp. Cloves
3 Cups chopped Apples
1 Cup chopped Nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine Sugar, Oil, Eggs & Vanilla
2. Blend dry ingredients together and add to 1st mixture.
3. Fold in Apples & Nuts.
4. Put in greased & floured 9x13 pan.
5. Bake 35 – 45 minutes at 350°
