2 sticks softened butter
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz, cool whip
1 c. sugar
1 large box butter pecan instant pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour as if making pie dough, stir in pecans, pat into 13 X 9 pan and bake at 350º until golden brown and cool.
Prepare pudding as directed and spread over cool shell, Mix cream cheese, cool whip and sugar with mixer until fluffy. Spread over pudding, chill and serve.

I have used 2 small boxes of instant pudding and mix as directed and I also save some of the nuts to sprinkle on top.
