16 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces goat cheese
2 large eggs
2 T fresh dill and parsley, minced
8 ounces Lobster meat, finely shredded
6 slices Pepperidge Farm Sandwich bread, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F

Blend cream cheese and goat cheese to a smooth consistency. Slowly incorporate the eggs, one at a time. Add chopped herbs.

Fold in lobster meat and pour into greased ramekins. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Do not open oven while baking.

Serve immediately with crusty French bread.
