3 c. raw potatoes, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 T. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 c. celery, diced
1/8 tsp. pepper
2+ c. water
4 c. hot whole milk
4 T. butter
1 - 1 1/2 c. ham, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Put diced potatoes in large stock pot and add onions, flour, salt, celery, pepper and water.
Stir and cook on high for 15 minutes. Heat the milk in a separate pot and add it to the stockpot along with butter and diced ham. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. This makes a large batch and can be frozen for up to a month.
