2 C lobster meat
1 T Lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 C butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Salt
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients, except lobster, in top part of a double boiler. Melt over hot water; stir to blend well. Cut lobster in small pieces and add to mixture and cook for 6 minutes.
Serve on toast with lemon wedges.
