1 large garlic clove
1 7-ounce jar roasted red peppers, well drained
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
Generous pinch of cayenne pepper
1 1/4C mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop garlic in processor. Add red peppers, vinegar and cayenne; puree. Transfer to bowl.
Whisk in mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
(Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.)
