1 medium onion (1/2 c.) chopped
1/4 c. drippings from pork roast
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 can (1 lb. 11 oz.) can sauerkraut
Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in drippings until tender, but not brown. Stir in caraway seeds. Heat sauerkraut; drain off excess liquid. Pour drippings over kraut; toss thoroughly. Serve over Bohemian Potato Dumplings immediately.
