3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. Farina
Pinch of salt
3 beaten egg whites
Oil or butter for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the egg yolks to lemon color. Add Farina and salt. Mix well; add beaten egg whites. Put mixture in hot 7 inch skillet and fry over low heat until brown on both sides. Cut in squares and place in hot milk. Let stand. If eggs are large, you may have to use a little more Farina. Serve hot.
