1 lb. mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 c. butter
6 tsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. light cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion salt or minced chives
1 1/2 loaves of bread
melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in 1/2 c. butter for 5 minutes. Add flour & blend well, add salt, stir in cream & cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice, & onion salt, let cool. Remove crust from bread & roll slices flat. Spread with mushroom mixture & roll-up. Freeze slightly & cut into thirds. Brush with melted butter & bake at 375º for 15 - 20 minutes. Can be frozen for future use, just do not brush with melted butter, only do this step right before baking.
