4 pork chops (about 1 lb.)
1 can Campbells beef broth
1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. ketchup
1 T. vinegar
1 T. brown sugar

Directions:
In skillet, brown chops, pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Simmer 45 minutes. Stir now and then. Mix 2 T. water and 1 T. cornstarch, stir into sauce. Cook and stir until thickened. Serve with rice.
