1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 14.5 oz cans beef broth (3 3/4 cups)

1 bag extra wide egg noodles

Directions:
Boil noodles in salted water until tender. Drain, rinse and return to pot.

In a skillet over medium heat cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink; drain off grease.

Mix flour into beef broth and add to hamburger.

Add in salt, lemon juice and worcestshire sauce.

Let mixture simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened.

If sauce is too thick add more beef broth or water, if too thin add another tablespoon of flour.

When sauce is at the desired consistency turn off heat and gently mix in sourcream until combined.

Pour mixture onto noodles and stir. Warm to desired temperature over low heat.
