2 cans (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise (optional)
1 tsp. dill weed
Salt
Pepper
1 c. broccoli florets
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped red pepper
½ c. chopped chives
¾ c. shredded carrots
½ - 1 c. shredded cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll dough out on cookie sheet and flatten to all sides of a 15x10 inch baking pan to form crust. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and dill, and add salt and pepper for flavor. Blend well. Spread over crust and sprinkle with chopped vegetables. Finish off by sprinkling with shredded cheese. Refrigerate. Cut into squares or triangles prior to serving.

Quite healthy yet mouth watering finger food that will disappear from it's plate!

For more flavor, you can add a packet of dry ranch dressing mix to the spread instead of just salt and pepper.
