1 large head cabbage (cut up in large chunks) rinsed
1 large onion (chopped)
2 toes fresh garlic (chopped)
4- 6 center cut pork chops
small amount of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Use a large pan to accommodate the amount of cabbage. Add to pan. Season w/ salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Season and brown pork chops, onion and garlic. Evenly spread over the top of cabbage( just place the pork chops evenly on top)
Now add 1 cup of water and cover with foil . Bake 1 hour (or more) and remove foil to let the water on bottom evaporate. (should be a nice gravy on bottom when it starts to thicken)
