6-8 center cut pork chops
1 large onion (sliced thick in rings)
1 med bell pepper (sliced thick in rings)
4 large potatoes (sliced thick)
12 large white mushrooms (sliced thick)
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and season pork chops lightly and layer in casserole dish:
1.. pork chop (4 on bottom and 4 on top)
2...potatoes
3...onion slices
4..bell pepper
5..mushrooms

REPEAT LAYERS

Then mix 1 envelope onion soup according to pkg directions and pour over top of casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees until tender. About 1 hour. Remove cover and allow gravy to thicken.
