Package of Country Style Pork Ribs
1 T. Minced Garlic
1 Small Onion cut into wedges
Your favorite BBQ Sauce- Daddy likes Cattlemen & Kraft original

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in a large pot and cover with water. Add garlic and onion. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and let cook about 15 minutes to soften the meat. Discard garlic and onion.
Place ribs on platter and cover with BBQ sauce on both sides.
Cook on grill until done, turning sever times and basting with BBQ sauce each time.

You can mix BBQ sauces to create your own flavor. Also try adding other spices to the sauce such as garlic or tabasco sauce.
