4 c. white flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and raisins in a mixing bowl. Add the milk and mix to form the dough. Knead dough into a slightly flattened circle and cut an X on the top of the dough. Place dough on a cookie sheet that's been greased and lightly floured. Cook in 400ºF oven for 20-25 minutes. Bread is done when a toothpick is stuck in the center and comes out dry.
