1/4 c. butter
4 bananas
4 tsp. superfine sugar
4 tsp. Irish whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the peeled bananas and cook on each side for 3 minutes until they are fully cooked. Removed cooked bananas from pan and add the sugar to the leftover butter. Stir until dissolved over low heat. Then add the Irish whiskey to the pan and stir until it boils. Slice up the bananas and pour sauce over them.
