1 cup vanila nonfat yogurt
1 cup milk
1 cup quick cooking oats
3 TBSP Rasins
2 TBSP Honey
1 green apple chopped & Peeled
Dash Cinnamon
2 TBSP raw sliced almonds.

Sliced Bananas and Strawberries for topping
(Blueberries and raspberries also make a nice addition)
