2 c. shredded cheddar cheese,
6 scallion stems chopped,
1 c finely chopped pecans,
1 c mayo,

hot pepper jelly,
rice crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, scallions, pecans and mayo. Spread in 2" to 3" tall dish. Refrigerate at least 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Spread with hot pepper jelly. (Stonewall Hot Pepper Jelly is particularly good with this recipe.) Serve with rice crackers.
