1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 cup margarine, room temperature
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
4 c. + 4 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well (mixture will be soft). Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Take a glass, dip it into dough, then into a bowl of sugar. Then press down cookies on cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes. Do not brown cookies. Remove from oven and let set 2-3 minutes, then remove from cookie sheet. Let cookies cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
